Can I pay by cheque?

Yes, you can pay by cheque if you wish, although please be aware that we will not ship your order until we have received the cheque and its balance has cleared.

Do you ship internationally?
We ship to all European countries. For shipping outside the EU, please contact your account manager for more information.

How do I get trade or volume pricing?
Trade and volume pricing is not available through our webstore as this facility only displays MSRP. For trade and volume pricing please contact your Westbase account manager on +44 (0) 1291 437 567, or if you are not set up as a Westbase partner complete our online contact form.
How long does delivery take?
UK orders placed before 4.30PM will be delivered next day. European orders placed before 3.00PM will also usually be delivered next day, although some locations can vary.
How much do you charge for delivery?
Shipping costs £10.00 (£12.00 incl. VAT) for items shipped within the UK. Delivery to all other EU countries costs €26.00.
My order is late, what should I do?
If your delivery address is in the UK and you haven’t received your order within 48 hours, please contact a member of our team.   If your delivery address is outside the UK and your order has not arrived within 7 days, please contact a member of our team.
What is your returns policy and can I return/exchange my order?
Our returns policy varies depending on your circumstances. Please contact your account manager for further details or enquiries.
What types of payment cards can I use?
We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard Debit and Maestro cards. You can also pay by cheque if you wish although we will not ship your order until we have received the cheque and its balance has cleared.   Our credit card payment service is run by Sage Pay and is highly secure.

It depends on who or what you want to connect. We have a range of products including cellular gateways which can be used in remote site monitoring solutions. How do I know which type of antenna to use?
The type of antennas to use all depends on the application it is needed for. For further information, please contact a member of our sales team who will be happy to advise you on the best solution.
How do I order a demo unit?
You can use our online store to order demo or test units, or you can contact your account manager to order it over the phone.
What is a bridge kit?
A wireless bridge connects two wired networks together over Wi-Fi. With dual band technologies it is possible to use point-to-point connections to extend your WLAN to include areas not reachable by standard cable/fibre solutions.
What is an access point?
An access point, or AP, is a station which transmits and receives data in a wireless local area network, connecting the users within the network and also serving as the point of connection between the wireless and wired network.
